Healthy Living First Steps (6 Weeks)
This 6-week program is ideal for those who want to take the first steps towards improving their health but are not ready for a long-term commitment. It is a perfect starting point if you want to explore the effects of your nutrition and lifestyle choices on your health, understand your body’s signals, and adopt a more natural and holistic way of living. It will guide you through the process if you’re ready to take action but need help determining where to begin.

What's Included?
Preparation: (Your homework)
- A 3-day food diary to gather information about your eating habits and nutrition.
- Detailed health information form about your current health status.
Assessment Session
- 1 x 90-minute general assessment: A personalised program based on your goals will be developed.
- Face-to-face meetings if you reside in Portugal, depending on your preference.
Bi-Weekly Meetings (every two weeks)
- 3 x 60-minute Zoom sessions: These sessions will be scheduled every two weeks, allowing time between meetings for you to implement the strategies and recommendations we discuss. We will assess progress, identify obstacles and adjust as needed.
Support Materials
- Information booklets, recipes, and general product recommendations.
Communication Support
- Only Email communication between sessions.
Sustainable Health (12 Weeks)
This 12-week program is ideal for those with a history of chronic illnesses or ongoing struggles with chronic conditions who need long-term support for necessary lifestyle changes. It is also suitable for anyone seeking long-term guidance to improve their health sustainably. The program is designed to provide all the support you need for a personalised holistic process.

- 5 x 60-minute Zoom sessions: These session will be scheduled every two weeks to assess progress, identify obstacles and adjust as needed.
- Information materials, tailored recipes, and personalised product recommendations.
- Communication Support: WhatsApp support is available during working hours for faster responses and personalised assistance.
- Home and Lifestyle Adjustments: Review your current home and kitchen habits and suggest healthier alternatives to reduce toxin load.
- Tests and Result Interpretation: If tests are deemed necessary during our sessions, I will direct you to Randox in the UK with my discount code for all tests. A qualified holistic medical doctor will interpret test results, and we will arrange your health plan accordingly. For those living outside the UK, a qualified London expert I work with can still review your country's test results through me.
